The initiative is designed to expand the earning capacity of women,&nbsp;who already account for over 70% of farming&nbsp;activities&nbsp;in Nigeria,&nbsp;by providing access to inputs, finance, and investments that transition them from smallholder farming to sustainable agribusiness enterprises.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this broader commitment<strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong>Domena Feeds, Domena Africa\u2019s poultry feed business, will be launched with a focus on driving productivity gains across the poultry value chain.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis&nbsp;is&nbsp;a bold new chapter in our mission to empower Nigerian women through agriculture. By strengthening and investing in the&nbsp;agro-value chain, we are unlocking the potential of millions of women, fueling prosperity, and shaping a future where women are not just participants, but leaders in agribusiness,\u201d the Minister said.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejike Egbuagu, Group CEO,&nbsp;Moneda Invest Africa,&nbsp;noted that the partnership reflects Moneda\u2019s philosophy of combining impact with returns:&nbsp;\u201cMoneda Invest Africa is pleased to support this bold initiative of the Nigerian government for women in&nbsp;agriculture. Domena Feeds is just the first step. It is possible to make excellent returns for investors and drive positive impact in Africa at the same time &#8211; so we encourage other Africans (in Africa and in&nbsp;the&nbsp;diaspora) to&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in this path with us. We do not need aid &#8211; we just need to boldly deploy our own capital and capacities&nbsp;over and over again.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through WAVE, the Ministry and&nbsp;Domena&nbsp;Africa&nbsp;will activate women-led distribution hubs, strengthen value-chain expansion, and catalyse inclusive economic transformation. The programme underscores Moneda\u2019s&nbsp;drive&nbsp;to channel capital with context,&nbsp;combining smart financing with gender-responsive development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Nigeria works to diversify its economy beyond oil, agriculture stands as the nation\u2019s most underutilised asset.
